I have called my Healing Room the Quiet Room. I believe we all have a Quiet Room within us, but with the hurly burly pace of life it is not always easy to access. I encourage my clients to speak and share before a treatment and then to allow themselves to slip into silence, to let go and receive. I believe every body has the capacity to self heal from past trauma, when given the opportunity to remember inner safety through gentle, releasing touch with time for integration.
